| SFST video software has a new training mode. This optional feature allows the person doing standard field sobriety test with presenting the stimulus. When a law enforcement officer stops a suspected impaired driver, they perform a roadside test to see if the person is sober. Many DUI convictions have been successfullt prosecuted as a result. Sometimes the DUI case fails to convict a driver, who was actually impaired. One reason is that the defence can raise doubt that the test was performed properly. SFSTvideo is a training tool for anyone testing the eye signs as part of the roadside test. This new version shows the student exactly how far and how fast to move the stimulus and how long to hold it at maximum deviation. It is all controlled by the computer. Completly objective.
